A compact, high-performance DAC/amp for your bookshelf or desktop, the Adcom GIA-275 can be used to play stereo sound from Bluetooth-enabled devices—or up to 24-bit/192kHz resolution audio from your computer. You can even connect your flatscreen or an old CD player. The USB connection uses an XMOS driver and delivers sound via a Wolfson DAC to the headphone amp, optical/coaxial outputs, or speaker outputs. The wrap-around aluminum cabinet has a black anodized finish, along with an additional ⅛-inch input jack on the front panel that should make owners of MP3 players very happy.
